How long does it take to issue the invoice after payment?
The invoice is issued within 7 business days after payment, unless there is a delay caused by the vehicle owner
When can I get the car after payment?
You can receive the car within 3 business days after the invoice is issued and ownership is transferred or the buyer is registered as a vehicle user.
How can I get the transfer letter?
The transfer letter can be requested through the app after the car is insured and the buyer is added as a vehicle user.
What is the allowed period for transferring ownership after receiving the vehicle?
The vehicle ownership must be transferred as soon as possible, and no later than one month from the date the purchase invoice is issued.
What are the procedures if I decide to cancel the car purchase?
If the purchase is canceled without a valid reason, a financial penalty will be applied and deducted from the auction insurance fees. The account will be suspended, and it may be permanently canceled with the user being banned from registering again.
Can I purchase a vehicle from outside my city?
Yes, you can purchase a vehicle from outside your city and authorize a person or a transport company to receive it. The delivery and payment method can be selected through the app.
