Individual accounts are activated within 10 minutes, while company accounts may take up to one hour for payment verification and document review.
How can I request a refund for the insurance fee amount?
You can request a refund of the paid insurance amount through the app.
How long does it take to refund the insurance fees?
The insurance refund takes 3 business days from the request date, with a required IBAN copy of the payment account.
