Registration and Insurance Fees

You can register by downloading the “Mazad by Motory” app, then filling in your details and paying the required insurance fee to participate in the auctions.

Yes, the insurance fee is refunded upon request, after settling any financial obligations by the buyer, if any.

Individual accounts are activated within 10 minutes, while company accounts may take up to one hour for payment verification and document review.

You can request a refund of the paid insurance amount through the app by going to “Account Information,” then selecting “Insurance fees & promissory note” Enter your IBAN so we can refund the insurance amount to your bank account.

The insurance refund take from 3 business days to a month from the request date, with a required IBAN copy of the payment account.

You can cancel a promissory note through the app by going to “Account Information,” then selecting “Insurance fees & promissory note”.

After creating a new account, try bidding on any car in the app. You’ll see a page to choose an insurance method and complete your registration. Once your account is activated, you can start bidding on the cars you like.

During your account registration process, a unique IBAN is created for your sub-account and linked to your profile. This IBAN is not visible to other users and allows us to accurately identify your transfer.

Yes, the insurance fee is paid only once, allowing you to participate in all company auctions. For individual seller cars, a small participation fee applies for each car you want to participate in independently.
