You can register by downloading the “Mazad by Motory” app, then filling in your details and paying the required insurance fee to participate in the auctions.

Yes, the insurance fee is refunded upon request, after settling any financial obligations by the buyer, if any.

Accounts are activated within 10 minutes.

You can request a refund of the paid insurance amount through the app by going to “Account Information,” then selecting “Insurance fees & promissory note” Enter your IBAN so we can refund the insurance amount to your bank account.

The insurance refund take from 3 business days to a month from the request date.

You can request to cancel a promissory note through the app by going to “Account Information,” then selecting “Insurance fees & promissory note”.

After creating a new account, when you try to place a bid on any vehicle through the app, a registration screen will appear showing the required insurance amount and a SADAD payment number to complete the payment.

When the registration process is completed through Mazad by Motory, a unique SADAD is automatically generated for the user. This number makes it easy to accurately identify the source of the transfer and confirm that it matches the user's registered data on the platform.

Yes, citizens can participate in all auctions immediately after paying the fees. Residents can also participate in auctions if the vehicle is less than three years old or has a valid periodic inspection.
